Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Clerk

Location: Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Start Date: July 1st

**Salary**: From RM2,000/month (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Clerk to support daily administrative and basic accounting tasks across our diverse business operations, including a Chinese restaurant and land development projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office duties (filing, data entry, document management).
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking, petty cash).
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support restaurant operations with administrative tasks (e.g., inventory updates, supplier communication).

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in admin/clerical work (basic accounting knowledge is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (ability to converse in Chinese is essential for restaurant-related tasks).
- Meticulous, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
