Office Administrator

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall general office administrative duties, includes data entry, filing, reception duties, and information channeling.
- Assist in procurement and expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, comparison, and obtaining approval for all procurement.
- Manage and handle the renewal of motor vehicles, insurance, and maintenance.
- Update and maintaining a record of company properties assets, vehicles, mobile phones, credit cards, and others.
- Update and maintaining an office inventory and supplies.
- Assist colleagues with local and overseas travel arrangements.
- Handle and manage the managers expenditure reports.
- Managing office cleaners and liaison with building management office from time to time.
- Work closely with other colleagues for all the finance and office matter coordination.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by immediate manager or superior.
- Handles clerical task and oversees basic office duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Qualifications**
- A minimum of a diploma, professional certificate or related field of study is preferred.
- Good in planning and organizing, detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Team player with a pleasant personality.
- Must be fluent in English - verbally and written.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,850.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
