1. Strategi Pemasaran Digital

  • Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan visibiliti jenama dan jualan.
  • Mengurus kempen di media sosial, enjin carian, email marketing, dan platform digital lain.
  • Menjalankan kajian pasaran & analisis pesaing.

2. Pengurusan Media Sosial

  • Mengurus dan membangunkan akaun rasmi media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dan lain-lain).
  • Menghasilkan kandungan menarik (grafik, video, kapsyen) mengikut platform.
  • Memantau engagement: komen, mesej, dan interaksi harian.

3. Pengurusan Iklan Berbayar

  • Menyediakan, memantau, dan mengoptimumkan iklan berbayar (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Menjejak ROI & membuat pelarasan untuk hasil yang lebih efektif.
  • Menjalankan A/B Testing bagi kreativiti, audiens, dan penempatan iklan.

4. Penghasilan Kandungan & Copywriting

  • Menghasilkan kandungan berkualiti untuk media sosial, website, dan email.
  • Menulis copywriting yang menarik untuk iklan, landing page, dan promosi.
  • Bekerjasama dengan designer & photographer untuk aset kreatif.

5. Analitik & Laporan

  • Menjejak prestasi menggunakan Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager dan lain-lain.
  • Menyediakan laporan mingguan/bulanan prestasi pemasaran.
  • Memberi cadangan berdasarkan data untuk meningkatkan hasil.

Syarat & Kelayakan

  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital.
  • Mahir Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads & Google Ads.
  • Faham asas SEO & trend media sosial semasa.
  • Kemahiran copywriting yang baik.
  • Mampu menganalisis data & membuat keputusan berdasarkan prestasi.
  • Boleh bekerja secara berdikari & menepati dateline.
  • Kemahiran design asas (Canva/Photoshop adalah kelebihan).
  • Pengalaman dengan platform e-dagang (WooCommerce) satu kelebihan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
