Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand and ensure every customer receives an exceptional level of service. You will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and maintaining the boutique's visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to every customer.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right jewelry pieces.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards at all times.
  • Support daily store operations including stock management, cashiering, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience
  • Passion for jewelry, fashion, and creating meaningful customer connections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
