Job Summary

As a Venue Team Lead at Carousel & Co., you will be the face of our service team, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing guests with a warm, personalized service. You will be assisting the Venue Supervisor on floor operations, managing guest seating. If you're a friendly professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and handle floor staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage guest seating and assist with reservations as needed.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist guests with operating and navigating game machines to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the floor area.
  • Assist on shift briefings to ensure staff are informed of service expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to lead staff and address guest needs.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
