Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, a meticulous approach to quality assurance processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.

● Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.

● Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing across web and mobile platforms.

● Conduct a thorough analysis of test results, identify defects and discrepancies, and track issues to resolution.

● Document and communicate test findings, including defect reports, test summaries, and quality metrics.

● Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

● Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to fintech quality assurance.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably in the fintech industry.

● Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.

● Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) is highly desirable.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

● Familiarity with financial systems, payment processing, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

● Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage
