Job Responsibilities:

  • BIM Modeller will process cases from clients in Malaysia to enhance our overall BIM services' technical standard in Malaysia
  • Plan and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects
  • Lead the project teams and conduct BIM technology implementation
  • Assure quality deliverables of construction projects

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma holders in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any other related discipline
  • Passionate in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
  • Preferably 1-2 years BIM working experience (Architectural, Structural & MEP)
  • Passionate learner without experience will also be considered
  • Must be organized, results-driven driven and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Cantonese speaking is preferable but not compulsory. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • MEP is an Advantage.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
