  • Host Engaging Live Streaming Sessions:

Conduct dynamic and interactive live streaming sessions on social media platforms such as Shopee and TikTok to showcase, demonstrate, and promote company products effectively.

  • Audience Interaction and Engagement:

Actively engage with customers/viewers during live broadcasts by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering real-time conversations to create an interactive and exciting experience.

  • Content Preparation and Delivery:
  • Plan and prepare detailed livestream scripts and session flows to ensure smooth and professional presentations.
  • Set up livestream environments, including product displays, props, and equipment.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and unique selling points to communicate confidently and persuasively during broadcasts.
  • Product Knowledge and Customer Education:

Be well-versed in the company's product offerings to educate the audience effectively, address queries, and highlight key product features and promotional offers in an engaging manner.

  • Collaboration with Video Production Team:

Work closely with the video production and content teams to assist in short video shoots, post-stream edits, and brainstorm creative and compelling content ideas that align with current trends and company marketing goals.

  • Social Media Best Practices:

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social media to enhance livestream performance and audience reach.

  • Performance Monitoring and Feedback:

Analyze audience engagement metrics and viewer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adapt strategies to enhance future livestreaming sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM8,000.00 per month
