The Role

  • As an English Teacher at Bright, you will:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students of all ages, based on the syllabus and their learning needs.
  • Design interactive and age-appropriate classroom activities that make learning dynamic and enjoyable.
  • Review students' work regularly, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages communication and confidence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching materials and strategies.
  • Participate in school events and cultural activities that enhance the learning experience.

What We're Looking For

  • We're seeking educators who are passionate, adaptable, and committed to helping students succeed. You should be:
  • Fluent: Native or near-native English proficiency (nationality not limited; clear and standard pronunciation required).
  • Qualified: Master's Degree, Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification strongly valued).
  • Experienced: Prior teaching experience with children, teens, or adults is preferred.
  • Creative & Dynamic: Able to make lessons interactive, fun, and memorable.
  • Culturally Adaptive: Comfortable working with diverse learners in a multicultural environment.
  • Professional: Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
  • Dedicated: A genuine passion for teaching and a sense of responsibility toward student growth.
  • Available: Must be ready to kick off this exciting journey from January 5th 2026.
