Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher based in Kuala Lumpur. The English Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering critical thinking, and helping students achieve proficiency in English. Daily tasks include conducting interactive classroom sessions, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. The teacher will also implement the syllabus effectively, ensuring it aligns with the center's commitment to comprehensive education and student success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in English Teaching, including grammar, writing, and reading comprehension
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to create engaging and structured learning experiencesv
  • Teaching experience with knowledge of educational practices and methodologies
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • A passion for education and nurturing students' intellectual growth
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a relevant field
  • Experience teaching at various levels, particularly A-levels and Pre-University, is an advantage
  • Ability to motivate students and adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles
