  • Build and configure questionnaires using low-code/no-code tools with conditional logic, validations, and dynamic flows.
  • Apply
    SQL
    and conditional logic for complex pathways and data rules
  • Use
    HTML
    to customize question formatting and presentation
  • Analyze
    as-is vs. to-be business processes
    to ensure alignment with insurance workflows
  • Maintain data mappings, dictionaries, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate questionnaire designs
  • Conduct
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    and create test scripts
  • Deliver training sessions to end-users and business teams

Key Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    as a technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of the
    insurance industry
    , including processes and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with
    low-code/no-code platforms
    .
  • Technical proficiency in
    SQL
    (queries, validations, data extraction).
  • Basic
    HTML
    knowledge for customization.
  • Experience in
    requirements gathering, process modeling, and Agile environments
    (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Familiarity with
    Agile tools
    (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
