Job Summary:

The Video Editor is responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content to support OXYZ Health and Wellness Sdn. Bhd.'s marketing, social media, educational, and promotional initiatives. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail to deliver engaging content that aligns with the brand's health and wellness messaging.

Key Responsibilities –

1. Create and Edit Video Content

• Produce high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, online ads, and product tutorials.
• Edit raw footage into compelling videos that effectively communicate the company's health and wellness message.

2. Design Engaging Social Media Videos

• Create short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that are visually engaging and aligned with current trends.
• Edit long-form wellness content such as interviews, educational series, or event coverage for YouTube or webinars.

3. Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to align video concepts with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Participate in creative planning sessions to contribute fresh, on-brand video ideas.

4. Maintain Brand Consistency in Video Content

• Ensure all video content adheres to the company's visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Integrate brand elements such as intros, outros, lower thirds, and logo animations into videos consistently.

5. Manage and Organize Video Assets

• Maintain a structured and accessible library of raw footage, project files, music, templates, and edited content for future use.
• Implement consistent file-naming conventions and version control practices.

6. Implement Feedback and Revisions

• Revise videos based on feedback from team members or stakeholders in a timely and constructive manner.
• Suggest improvements to scripts, storyboards, or edits for better storytelling and engagement.

7. Support Marketing and Campaign Efforts

• Assist in creating video content for promotions, product launches, campaigns, webinars, and newsletters.
• Repurpose existing video content into multiple formats for different platforms.

8. Ensure Timely Project Delivery

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality or creativity.
• Develop realistic timelines and communicate proactively with the team regarding progress and any roadblocks.

9. Provide Video Support to Other Departments

• Support internal teams (e.g., HR, Operations, Events) by editing training videos, internal announcements, or event recaps.
• Help produce video content for internal communications or corporate initiatives.

10. Maintain an Organized Workflow

• Keep project files, footage, and timelines organized in shared drives or project management systems for team accessibility.
• Ensure your editing workspace is clean, efficient, and backed up regularly.

11. Stay Updated on Video Trends and Tools

• Keep up with the latest trends in video editing, wellness content styles, social media video formats, and new tools or plugins.
• Experiment with motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and other creative enhancements to elevate content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
