Join Us as an Employer Branding & Culture Intern

Ever wondered what it's like to help shape the story of a company from the inside out? At
MR DIY International

curious, creative, and energetic Intern
to help us tell our story and strengthen our culture.

We are hiring an Intern for a 6-month placement, starting in mid-February or early March.

What Will You Be Doing ?

Your Mission:

As our Employer Branding & Culture Intern, you'll be at the heart of connecting our people, our story, and the world. Your days will be spent:

  • Crafting stories:
    Help highlight the amazing people, expansion of our business in different countries , teams, and culture that make us unique.
  • Supporting culture programs:
    Help organize employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities that bring our values to life.
  • Building our brand:
    Support campaigns that attract and engage talent across social media, events, and internal channels.
  • Championing culture:
    Assist in initiatives that make our workplace inclusive, engaging, and fun.
  • Exploring trends:
    Research innovative employer branding ideas and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Who You Are ?

  • A penultimate- or final-year undergraduate pursuing a degree, with a passion for
    HR, Marketing, Communications or people engagement
  • Experience with design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Filmora) is an advantage
  • Creative, curious, proactive and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with social media, writing, or visual storytelling
  • Enjoys engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation
  • A team player who loves collaboration and brainstorming new ideas

Bonus: Experience with events, internal employee engagement programs and content creation.
