International Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead business development in target markets across North Africa and the Middle East, including formulating market entry strategies, acquiring new clients, establishing distribution networks, and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end trade process: from customer inquiries, contract negotiation, and order follow-up, to coordinating production, logistics, documentation (e.g., L/C), and after-sales support.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of regional market trends, competitive landscape, consumer preferences, and trade policies to inform product and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key distributors, agents, and major retail clients in the region.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conduct business negotiations, and perform client visits to effectively promote the company brand and products.
  • Handle compliance matters related to cross-border trade and assist in resolving operational issues such as logistics and payment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade or business development targeting the North Africa and/or Middle East markets. Experience in the small household appliance, consumer electronics, or hardware products industry is preferred.
  • Personal Attributes:​ Results-driven, self-motivated, with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and a team-player spirit.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiar with the business culture, trade practices, and basic legal regulations in the North Africa/Middle East region.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong market analysis capability and data sensitivity.
  • Willing and able to undertake frequent international travel (estimated up to 40% of the time).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM13,000.00 per month
