Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Assistant based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Assistant will create engaging social media content, manage social media profiles, schedule posts, monitor engagements, and assist in executing social media marketing campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with team members for cohesive branding and updated content strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience with various Social Media platforms and best practices
  • Strong Writing and Communication skills
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to track and report performance metrics
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and content scheduling tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
