Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical & Power Support: Handle minor electrical repairs, lighting, switches, sockets, and respond promptly to power-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors

Help arrange site access, monitor work progress, and report status to supervisors.

  • Furniture & Fixture Repairs: Maintain and repair furniture, treatment beds, cabinets, and other fixtures to preserve a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Plumbing & Water Systems: Assist with minor plumbing issues, including leaks, taps, drainage, and water supply for treatment and facility areas.
  • Preventive Maintenance & Safety Checks: Conduct routine inspections, maintain maintenance logs, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Massage Chair & Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and repair massage chairs and wellness equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in facilities, maintenance, or technical support (experience with wellness equipment preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment and furniture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of handling maintenance tasks.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
