Roles

We are seeking a Marketing and Communication Associate to conceptualise, and create compelling ad campaigns, social media content, and emailers. While there will be supervision and guidance, the role requires someone who has initiative, creative, eager to learn and willing to try. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work partly from home, and partly from office.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and a good understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will,

  • Help to maintain and expand our marketing channels, promote brand awareness.
  • Create promotional materials for online distribution channels.
  • Maintain and upgrade company accreditation to enhance company's competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  1. Content Management:

  2. Prepare and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.

  3. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

  4. Write and design email newsletters to engage and nurture the customer base.

  5. Digital Marketing:

  6. Identify digital opportunities and trends to enhance organisational effectiveness.

  7. Online Presence:

  8. Plan, create, publish and share content on a daily basis across different platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.

  9. Ensure brand consistency and optimise content for online visibility.

  10. Others

  11. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

  12. Research and evaluate the latest trends in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity and increase performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent practical experience.
  • Able to work in start-ups and fast paced environments.
  • Excellent written (English, Chinese) and verbal communication skills.
  • Good in content creation, writing, photography, and photo editing skills.
  • Experience or active personal social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn)
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Creative, self-motivated, strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of the investment industry (CFD, Fx trading) is a plus.
  • Experience with editing, uploading, managing ads on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms is a plus.
