Job description

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

Deal directly with customers either face to face, by telephone or electronically.

Stay up-to-date with new products and services.

Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

Response promptly to customer inquiries.

Arrange ordering and receive deliveries from suppliers.

Ensure racks are fully stocked and goods are well displayed.

Keep the counter, display items and the shop floor clean and tidy.

Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, online transfer or credit card.

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Coordinate with Store Keeper for inventory management.

Coordinate with Driver for delivery.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

At least Bachelor Holder

General Mathematics skills

Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Knowledge of administrative procedures
