Responsibilities:

  • Validate and make necessary correction on the data digitalized from paper and/or electronic documents

  • Track the progress and complete the work within the defined Turn Around Time

  • Execute system data loading and processing

  • Assist to the team or manager in preparing ad-hoc project tasks, including system testing (User Acceptance Testing)

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 6-months of project-based work, 5-days work per week

  • Proven data entry or clerical experience an advantage

  • Proficient in PC skills (including Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Fast and accurate typing skills is definitely an advantage

  • Good communication skills in spoken & written Chinese and English; ability to read and type Simplified Chinese will be required

  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

  • Fast learner, teamwork orientated with ability to complete assigned tasks with deadlines

  • SPM/STPM or above
