Your Role in VT Markets
As Senior Marketing Planning Specialist (User Acquisition), you will report to the Growth Marketing Assistant Director within the Growth Marketing team, based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia hub. Covering key growth markets including MENA, Thailand, India, and Malaysia, you will be the creative strategist behind our performance marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and deposit conversion. Working closely with the Global Marketing COE in Singapore, regional marketing teams, and cross-functional partners including UA, design, content, and product teams, your role is critical in shaping compelling ad content strategies across multiple platforms and languages. You will translate market insights and data into high-performing creative assets that resonate with diverse audiences, directly impacting our aggressive growth trajectory.

Job Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, Linguistics, or International Studies are preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or overseas product marketing, with demonstrable results in user acquisition campaigns.
  • Background in app-based user acquisition or growth-focused business within Fintech, e-commerce, or digital products is a strong advantage.

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Strong creative insight and content planning ability with proven capability to independently draft compelling video scripts and propose visual concepts with clear marketing messages.
  • Deep familiarity with content styles, ad formats, and audience behaviors on global advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), with hands-on experience in cross-cultural content planning and localization.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and sensitivity to performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CVR, FTD rate); ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable creative optimization strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken) with solid cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across Singapore and regional markets.
  • Clear strategic thinking combined with strong execution ability; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on creative direction.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with attribution analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase (GA4), Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Background in performance data analysis, campaign optimization, and marketing automation tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for overseas Fintech performance marketing campaigns
    across digital advertising platforms, with primary focus on user acquisition and deposit conversion. Shape ad content directions including video scripts, visual design concepts, copywriting, and localized messaging tailored to regional audiences across MENA, Thailand, India, and Malaysia.
  • Master platform-specific requirements and opportunities
    by deeply understanding ad mechanisms, compliance policies, and content trends on major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). Formulate multi-version creative strategies customized for different countries and languages to maximize CTR and CVR performance.
  • Lead creative brief development and cross-functional collaboration
    with designers, content creators, and regional marketing teams to ensure accurate visual execution that effectively communicates product value propositions, trading advantages, and brand tone across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive data-driven creative optimization
    by analyzing creative performance data and user journeys, participating in A/B testing frameworks and post-campaign reviews. Take ownership of key performance metrics including ROI, CTR, CVR, and FTD (First Time Deposit) rate, continuously iterating to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct continuous market intelligence research
    on user personas, trading behaviors, competitor campaigns, and industry trends across assigned regions to discover fresh creative angles and differentiated messaging opportunities that give VT Markets a competitive edge.
  • Build scalable creative infrastructure
    by assisting in the development of a creative asset library and template system for multi-platform, multi-language, and multi-stage campaigns, improving reusability and production efficiency across the organization.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional execution
    by working closely with UA, design, content, and product teams to ensure alignment on creative strategies and efficient delivery of campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Support project management and team coordination
    by assisting the team lead in managing project timelines, coordinating resources across regional and global teams, driving task progress, and enhancing overall execution efficiency and team rhythm.
