1. Proposal & Strategy

  • Gather and understand client briefs, objectives, competitors, KPIs, and budget.
  • Develop strategic and creative content proposals aligned with client goals.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan content strategies, funnels, pillars, and appropriate channel usage.
  • Set clear KPIs and manage content budget allocation.

2. Client Servicing

  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and updates.
  • Handle inquiries, revisions, and ad-hoc requests promptly.
  • Implement new ideas and improvements when necessary.

3. Content Execution

  • Participate in video shoots and content production.
  • Operate cameras and equipment to produce quality video content.
  • Edit and retouch videos to meet production standards.
  • Schedule, publish, and conduct quality checks for all content.
  • Stay updated on content and editing trends.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content Strategists, Production Team, and Team Lead.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with agreed creative and strategic direction.

5. Quality Control & Optimization

  • Maintain content quality and ensure timely publication.
  • Monitor performance and adjust execution plans when needed.

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and analytics.
  • Track engagement metrics, competitors, and community feedback.
  • Present insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
