**1. Proposal Planning and Strategy (Pitching)**

a. Collect client brief which includes client’s marketing strategy, challenges, direct competitors, expectation (KPI) and budget.

b. Involve in attending meeting with potential new client or existing client for additional project inquiry.

c. Ensure information received from the client are 100% complete and ensure there is no information lacking behind.

d. Listen and understanding client pain point (problem), challenge in digital marketing.

e. Collect and gather client requirement, expectation towards digital marketing development milestone & Key Performance Index (KPI), project expectation & requirement.

f. Prepare a customize proposal to suit or meet client requirement and expectation including project milestone planning.

g. Compile the total cost and ensure there is no hidden cost for the project. h. Ensure the project costing proposed meet with client budget.

**2. Client Servicing**

a. Provide daily follow up with client and accommodate client expectation.

b. Solve challenges faced by client that are related to project.

c. Act as the key contact person between client and internal team.

d. Counter propose new strategy and new media channel to client according to the latest trend.

e. Respond urgently to client’s enquiries, ad-hoc tasks, amendments, feedbacks.

f. Attend all project meeting with client.

g. Manage and increase client satisfaction.

**3. Client Onboarding and Understand Client Brand**

a. Identify clients marketing strategy, challenges, direct competitors, expectation (KPI) and budget.

b. Determine and come up the best strategy that can be propose to the client according to project requirement.

c. Client brand assignment to the right department according to client subscription.

d. Collect client brand information for team.

**4. Team Collaboration and Coordination**

a. Liaise and share client brief to internal team.

b. Coordinate with Media Planner and Content Planner to plan up the timeline of each strategy & production will takes.

c. Collaborate with MS, CS, MAS, Creative Team, Influencer and CM in order to meet client enquiries and expectations.

d. Involve and participate in every big meeting related to the project.

i. Brainstorming

ii. Reports review

e. Coordinate with each department team lead when there is any issue occurs and solve the challenges faced by team.

f. Ensure the collaboration between each department / team are smooth.

**5. Monitoring and Quality Check**

a. Job monitor to ensure each team complete and submit work before / by the deadline.

b. Review all the Media Strategist and Content Strategist works before send to client.

c. Monitor media performance and identify how Media Strategist able to optimise better performance and reach.

d. Ensure ads are effective and displayed appropriately.

e. Manage the client’s performance, quality and service expectations to avoid unattainable task

**6. Reporting**

a. Review media & content performance and ensure KPI achieved according to client expectation.

b. Identify how Media Strategist / Content Strategist able to optimise better performance and reach.

c. Present reports to clients and build long-terms relationships

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
