**1. Client Servicing**
- Coordinate and collect client brief from servicing team (Digital Marketing Specialist / Media Strategist / Content Strategist).
- Provide contest daily monitoring and weekly contest update on participant rate to client.
- Accommodate client expectation and fulfil ad-hoc inquiry.

**2. Brand Monitoring**
- Manage social media community activities by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practice.
- Proposing new social data and metrics that are useful to the client and team.

**3. Prepare Contest Proposal**
- Propose contest prizes according to client budget.
- Propose contest ideation by understanding current contest trend, target audience, best platform and suggest platform’s unique features to run the contest.
- Propose contest mechanic that is easy to understand by the target audience.
- Determine contest report metric and insights the client want to collect throughout the contest.

**4. Contest Planning**
- Prepare contest terms and condition, SOP and FAQ.
- Prepare contest management SOP and workflow.
- Prepare SOP for prizes handling.
- Prepare contest crisis management.
- Prepare SOP on handling participants database.

**5. Contest Management (Pre, Execution and Post)**
- Live contest management.
- Daily contest result monitoring and manage potential crisis might arise during the contest.
- Reply contest PM according to FAQ.

**6. Reporting**
- Prepare contest reporting (contest outcome, participants details and etc.).
- Meeting and report presentation with client.

**Job requirement**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in digital media, social media marketing or equivalent.
- Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of current social media trends.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Experiences various social media platforms, social media respective participants and how they can be deployed (Facebook,YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.).
- Fresh graduate are welcomed

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
