Community & Organic Content Specialist
We're not looking for a "social media manager" who just posts pretty graphics.
We're looking for someone who wakes up excited to build a real community around Sigma School, tell stories that matter, and turn organic content into trust and enrollments.
* The Problems We Need Solved*
Our students have amazing stories, but nobody is consistently capturing and sharing them → we need someone who makes alumni success stories visible every week.
We have multiple free courses, workshops, and events, but there's no systematic content pipeline that turns these into organic reach → we need structure, not randomness.
Our community groups (WhatsApp) exist, but they're underutilized → we need someone who drives daily engagement and makes students feel part of something bigger.
Our founder has insights and content ideas, but they die in a notebook or Zoom call → we need someone who extracts gold and turns it into posts, videos, and newsletters.
* What You'll Actually Do*
- Own Sigma School's community platforms (WhatsApp, LMS, email) and make them places people want to check daily.
- Capture and publish student/alumni stories across channels.
- Manage and repurpose founder content into posts, carousels, emails, and short videos.
- Plan and execute organic campaigns around workshops, free courses, and events.
- Build a pipeline of user-generated content (UGC): reviews, testimonials, case studies.
- Work closely with admissions & growth teams so content → conversations → enrollments.

- Our community feels alive: students, alumni, and prospects are talking, not lurking.
- Sigma School shows up online with content that actually educates, inspires, or sells — not fluff.
- Every major workshop or event is supported by consistent organic buzz.
- Alumni stories are constantly circulating, making prospects think: "That could be me."
- Organic leads become a consistent, predictable contributor to revenue.
* Who This Role Is Not For*
People who think "community" = posting memes once a week.
People who just want to schedule posts in Buffer and call it a day.
People who wait for instructions instead of hunting for stories, content, and conversations.
People who measure success in likes or followers instead of meaningful engagement and student enrollments.
Don't just send us a CV. Instead, show us a community you've helped grow or a piece of content you created that actually drove engagement, not just likes.
*Job Requirements*
- You've run or managed communities (Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook groups, or similar).
- You can write engaging posts and repurpose raw material (quotes, recordings, testimonials) into publishable content.
- You're comfortable with basic design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) — enough to ship content fast.
- You understand organic growth — how to create engagement loops, encourage UGC, and get people to share.
- You're proactive: you'll talk to students, alumni, and team members to mine stories instead of waiting for them to come to you.
Bonus if you've grown a personal brand, run a newsletter, or managed an active community before.
