Assist your Manager and the team in planning and implementing campaigns, and prepare the detailed campaign launch flow-plan.
- Creates and analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Research, implement and review SEO recommendation to improve SEO ranking.
- Lead the partnership with the external SEO agency to ensure SEO performance with local relevance.
- Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Specialize in planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns.
- Working with head of departments to turning the strategist’s vision into reality.
- Create and manage calendars for projects and campaigns, develop best practice campaign workflows.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of marketing experience in a similar field.
- **Experience in working in an Agencies is preferred.**:

- Experience in social media marketing, ROI calculations, product lifecycle, marketing strategy, product promotion, go-to-market plans, and value propositions.
- Highly organized and able to multitask, detail-oriented, with strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
- Ability to work across diverse culture, and converse not only in English but also in a 2nd language, preferably Mandarin.

**Salary**: RM2,107.90 - RM6,465.15 per month
