Join our fast-growing **digital marketing agency**, where creativity meets strategy We’re looking for a passionate **Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive** who not only creates content but also connects with clients, prepares proposals, and plays a key role in building lasting relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Design visuals (Canva or similar) and edit short-form videos. Example : CapCut
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts: posting, engaging with followers, and responding to messages
- Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and present agency solutions
- Assist in preparing marketing proposals and presentations for clients
- Support campaign planning and execution with the internal team
- Track social media performance and prepare simple reports on engagement and reach
- Keep up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the table

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (SPM holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply)
- Prior experience in social media marketing or client servicing is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Basic design (Canva) and video editing skills required
- Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable meeting clients)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines
