About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in iGaming, online entertainment, or tech industries to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO, CRM, campaign management, and an in-depth understanding of digital channels, user behavior, and data analytics. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves direct communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media, influencer platforms, and media buying channels.
  • Manage CRM strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation for iGaming products.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console to guide campaign improvements.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Communicate and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Support the team with project planning, reporting, and performance tracking.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within the iGaming, online entertainment, or tech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with social media marketing, influencer marketing, and media buying.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, turning insights into actionable strategy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, especially involving Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Understanding of international gaming markets, online entertainment, or tech industries and regulatory considerations.
