  • Monitor, control, and maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock integrity.
  • Process purchase orders for new stock and customer needs, following established tracking systems (e.g., POTS).
  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of parts, ensuring correct documentation.
  • Supply parts to technicians, assist with parts quotations, and follow up on back-ordered items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization (5S) within the parts storage area.
  • Prepare required reports and update records for management and principals.
  • Handle filing systems and administrative tasks related to parts.

Job Requirement

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree in Automotive or related field (often preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and business software, strong organizational, communication (English/Malay), and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
