What you'll be doing

  1. Administer Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, and manage fixed assets effectively
  2. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, and perform bank reconciliations in a timely manner
  3. Assist in statutory audits, liaise with auditors and tax agents as required
  4. Maintain accurate, authorized, and up-to-date financial records and accounts
  5. Support the implementation and maintenance of financial control systems and processes
  6. Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Fresh graduates and experienced finance professionals are welcome to apply
  3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, procedures, and reporting standards
  4. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
  6. Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  7. Immediate availability will be an added advantage
