Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Testing and Commissioning Assistant Manager based in Nusa Jaya. The role includes managing and overseeing the testing and commissioning of data center projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion. The assistant manager will review project deliverables, troubleshoot issues, and create technical documentation while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in testing procedures, commissioning processes, and system evaluation
  • Experience in coordinating with engineers, technicians, and project managers
  • Knowledge of compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Technical writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Project management experience, including time management and report preparation
  • Proficiency in communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field is required
  • Familiarity with data center systems and processes is an added advantage
