Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Puchong for an APR-Deputy Manager. The APR-Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the execution of strategic plans. The role includes managing projects, monitoring performance metrics, providing insights, and supporting the development of digital talents and ecosystems. The deputy manager will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for digital investment and ensuring the organization's goals are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • ASIC Backend / Physical Implementation including floorplan, power plan, placement, clock tree synthesis routing, timing signoff, PV signoff
  • Projects leading and maintain APR flows

Requirement-

Must

a. Experience in APR practicing experience above 5 years.

b. Bachelor(or above) degree in EE/CS or related departments.

c. Familiar with EDA tools (Innovus / ICC3 /PrimeTime/Calibre, Voltus)

d.experience in leading team above 5 years, or at least have projects leader experience above 7-10 years.

Optional

a. TCL, Perl, C coding skills.

b. Familiar with IC designing process and verification.

c. Familiar with Hierarchical Implementation flow is a plus.
