Marketing Executive:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our retail locations and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including signage, displays, and promotional materials, to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online and offline traffic to our retail stores.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as foot traffic, sales conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and retail marketing trends to continuously innovate and improve our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in skincare industry preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail marketing, with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales for brick-and-mortar stores.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

任职资格:
- 市场营销、工商管理或相关专业学士学位;或护肤品行业同等经验者优先。
- 至少两年零售营销经验,专注于提升实体店客流量和销售额。
- 拥有成功策划和执行营销活动并取得可衡量成果的良好记录。
- 具备强大的战略思维、分析和解决问题能力,能够将数据洞察转化为切实可行的营销策略。
- 具备优秀的沟通、演讲和人际交往能力,能够与内部团队和外部合作伙伴有效协作。
- 熟练使用数字营销工具和平台,包括社交媒体管理、电子邮件营销软件和分析工具。
- 具备管理营销预算和有效分配资源以最大化投资回报率的经验。
- 能够在快节奏、有截止日期要求的环境中快速成长,并快速适应不断变化的优先事项。
