Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising to strengthen the nursing home's visibility.
  • Conduct outreach and build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and community organizations.
  • Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and talks to promote the nursing home's services.
  • Handle inquiries from potential residents or families and provide tours of the facility.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities and provide market insights.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Support public relations and branding initiatives to maintain a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent communication and service quality for prospective residents.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
