Senior Diesel

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Diesel & Hydraulic Mechanic with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy machinery and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate must work independently from day one, lead cabin installations, perform engine overhauls, and handle electrical and air-conditioning repairs.

Equipment & Machinery Expertise

• Hino & Nissan tipper lorries
• Eurostar back pushers
• Case backhoes
• Dynapac & Sakai roller compactors
• Excavators: Hitachi, Sumitomo, Kobelco

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Perform engine overhauls and lead lorry cabin installations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, wiring, and air-conditioning systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and hydraulic servicing.
• Guide junior mechanics and maintain service records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, electrical, and AC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent work capability.
• Physically fit for manual and heavy-duty tasks.

Preferred

• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license; experience operating heavy machinery.

Salary

• Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
