Job Responsibilities

  • Operations Management

  • Coordinate with the Singapore team on daily operational execution.

  • Order cleaning chemicals and equipment for ongoing projects.
  • Arrange for replacement cleaners and transportation as needed.
  • Plan and optimize work schedules for cleaning specialists.

  • Client & Team Support

  • Collaborate with customer service, billing, and sales teams to resolve client issues.

  • Support operational needs by managing service reports and scheduling ad-hoc tasks.

  • Staff Management

  • Oversee cleaner attendance, including medical leave and absenteeism.

  • Manage worker schedules to ensure efficient utilization of working hours.

  • Process Improvement

  • Work with the operations team to improve workflows and optimize task efficiency.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure service commitments are met on time.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant field.

 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay; Malay proficiency is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

 Immediate availability preferred.

 5.5-day work week

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Must be contactable outside working hours to resolve urgent operational issues.
