Job Description

· Degree/ Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance with minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting capacity.

· Applicants must be a Malaysian and willing to work at Ampang and Bukit Damansara

· Well verse in MYOB Accounting software

· Have own transport

· Hands on and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Handle Full Set of Account

· Responsible to monitor daily cash flow movement and compliances.

· Preparing of Invoices, purchase order, payment voucher, petty cash vouchers, journals, account receivables and payables

· Responsible to monitor all supplier payment and customer collections including timely processing according to the current policies and procedures.

· To perform reconciliation of accounts receivable and payables and ensure all payment collections are accounted for and posted.

· To facilitate payment collection of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers.

· To generate monthly accounts receivable reports, e.g.: customer aging, sales analysis etc.

· Responsible for banking and trade facilities related works.

· Reconcile bank statements and accounting data.

· Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/quarterly/yearly management performance review, forecast and analysis

· Preparation in yearly budget includes control & monitoring budget spending in weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly

· Review & monitor the fixed assets register and ensure the fixed assets records and reports are properly recorded

· Responsible to assist Directors in ad hoc and special projects as and when required.

· Ensure all accounting functions and controls are in place and performed efficiently in meeting deadlines and minimizing risks
