Dental Clinic Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Coordinator who is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) to support daily clinic operations and coordinate between doctors, staff, and patients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, excellent patient experience, and effective communication, especially for Chinese-speaking patients.
Key responsibilities
- Patient Communication (Chinese-Speaking)
Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking patients (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
Assist in treatment explanations, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Administrative Support
Prepare reports, patient tracking lists, and daily performance updates.
Coordinate documentation, consent forms, and patient records.
Assist management with operational planning and reporting.
- Customer Service & Patient Experience
Ensure a high standard of patient care and service quality.
Handle patient issues with empathy and professionalism.
Support front desk in peak hours when needed.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Computer literate (Google Docs, Excel, WhatsApp, practice management systems).
Positive attitude, responsible, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
Experience in coordinating Invisalign or aesthetic dental treatments.
Background in healthcare management or customer service.
Ability to manage marketing promotions and patient campaigns is an advantage.
