JOB LOCATION : BANGI SHOWROOM E-MAS PROTON
JOB SCOPE :
: To adhere to departmental work flow chart and procedures as specified by Senior Management:
To be responsible and achieve Sales Quota and Targets as specified by Management
: To have in-depth product knowledge of Proton brand with a view of advising customers efficiently and professionally
: To perform and adhere to all duty rosters in various departments as specified by Management
: To maintain a systematic prospecting module and provide optimum after sales service to customers, with a view of repeat sales and referrals
To handle objections and customer's complaint (if any) efficiently and professionally
: To perform all indoor or outdoor sales campaign and promotions as instructed by Management
: To extend maximum cooperation to all Heads of Department, Sales Executives and other colleagues
: To continuously in touch with market trends, other competitor's selling activities and notify Senior Management wherever relevant and necessary
: To promote and sell all relevant products and services provided by dealership such as, Insurance, window tinting, tyres & balancing, lifestyle & accessories, etc
.: To perform outstation selling and promotional activities as instructed by Management wherever necessary
: To represent the dealership and brand by discharging daily duties professionally and of high reputation
: To continuously extend cooperation and adhere to Principal's CI and procedures
: To carry out extra responsibilities as instructed by Senior Management whenever necessary
JOB REQUIREMENT
JOB REQUIREMENT
: Diploma in Marketing, SPM or equivalent
: Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and other Malaysian dialects
: Possess inter-personal and communication skills, outgoing, responsible, team player
: Ability in achieving targets, understanding customer needs and handling objections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
