About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin / Marketing Executive to join our team at APEX MOTOR SDN BHD' in Petaling Jaya Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and marketing functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and database management
  • Assisting with the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conducting market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of marketing materials and collateral
  • Performing other administrative and support tasks as required

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or marketing role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
