Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create engaging content for the website, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visually compelling multimedia content.

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Plan and execute a balanced content mix, including brand storytelling, product promotions, and user engagement.

Website Management

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve content strategy and performance.
  • Develop and manage Google SEM campaigns to enhance visibility and lead generation.
  • Work with agencies and designers to optimize website UI/UX and content placement.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or agency work.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
  • Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization.
  • Prior B2B industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be able to work on-site at Oasis Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
