Job Title: Outbound Agent (Junior) (1 Year contract - Renewable)

Location:

8A, Jalan 13/6, PJS 13,

46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays (Flexible Time)

Between 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM start and 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM end

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (based on experience)

Phone Allowance: RM100 per month

Completion Bonus: 1 month (based on performance)

Commission: Yes (amount to be confirmed)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Promote and provide information on company products and services.

Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, motivated, and target-driven.

Prior experience in sales or outbound calling is an advantage.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.
