  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback courteously and promptly.
  • Ensure all products are properly displayed, stocked, and presented.
  • Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
