**Responsibility**

**Service Crew**
- To prepare food and drinks on a daily basis.
- To handle cashier and perform cash handling task.
- To manage inventory, maintain stock in optimum level and perform stocks ordering.
- To ensure full compliance on company SOPs.

**Supervisors**
- To support as a service crew in the store to cover the responsibility above.
- To ensure COGS and OT rate are always maintained below the % set forth.
- To ensure store achieve the monthly sales target.
- To ensure store achieve the monthly QSC and zero customers complaint.
- To handle customers complaint and instantly feedback to superior.
- To prepare weekly / monthly duty roster.
- To assist in guiding the new joiners.
- To conduct briefing to all team members on new product launch, sales achievement and others.
- To prepare and submit petty cash reimbursement form, documents filling and submission.
- To ensure all banking duties are done daily following the timeline.
- To manage inventory, maintain stock in optimum level and perform stocks ordering in accordance to FIFO.
- To ensure store / store room are always clean following the company standards.
- To ensure all team member complies to company SOPs.
- To prepare food and drinks on a daily basis.
- To cover shift during manpower shortage.

**Requirements**:

- Age 18 and above
- Experience in fast food chain/restaurant is an added advantage
- For Team Leader 1 to 2 years of supervisory role experience
- Excellent customer service and people management skills.
- Fun, young and vibrant personality.
- Willing to work shifts, on public holidays and weekends.
- Good command of English language.
- Has valid Typhoid Injection and Food Handler Certiticate.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
