Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound customer calls related to credit card inquiries. This role focuses on assisting customers—no sales or outbound calls required.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to inbound calls and assist customers with credit card-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday (Rotational) – 2 days off per week
- Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
