Position: Customer Service Executive

**Job Type**: 1 Year (Renewable)
Working Day's: 5 days’ work, 2 days off (9 hours working per day)
Working Hours: Rotational

**Location**:

- Crystal Plaza, Petaling Jaya (LRT Asia Jaya).
- Menara AA, Kuala Lumpur (MRT Tun Razak Exchange).

**Salary**: Depends on experiences

Diploma: RM2400/Month
Degree: RM2600/Month
Shift Allowances: RM 300
Travel Allowances: RM 120

Role Function:

- Attend to inbound calls in a contact centre environment.
- Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution.
- A good listener with an ability to establish a good report with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand.
- Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity.

Requirement:

- Fresh Graduate are welcome (Diploma/Degree).
- Good in English. Good in communication and able to fulfil a customer needs. Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work on rotational shift.

- 3:00pm to 12:00am
- 4:00pm to 1:00am
- 9.45pm to 6.00 am

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
