**Requirements**:

- **Minimum education**: SPM or equivalent.
- Proficient in **Mandarin + English** or **English + Mandarin + Cantonese** (spoken & written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn banking systems quickly.
