**What will you do?**
- Attending to inbound calls for Bank consumer throughout Malaysian Customers.
- Handling enquiries related to credit card and banking on a daily basis
- Ability to provide First Call Resolution to consumers
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks
- **NO SALES**

- Must be able to work on rotational shifts
- **No Overnight Shifts.**:
- Must be willing to work in the office
- Possess a Diploma/Degree
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
