**Position**:Contact Centre Representative
**Location**:Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur (Nearby MRT TRX station)
**Employment Type**:12 months contract under the payroll of Prudential
**Working Days/ Hours**: Monday till Friday/8.30am till 5.30pm
**Salary**: Up to RM3,300 based on related experiences (package to be advised by Prudential upon management's approval)

- Answer inbound calls to support customers' inquiries in regard to Singapore's products & services.
- **No sales are required.**
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in an inbound contact centre in the recent most employment.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.**
