We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RTR Intern to join our finance team. As an RTR Intern, you will assist in the record-to-report process. This internship provided a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

As an intern in Exact, you will:

  • Handle daily accounting functions and month end closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
  • Responsible for preparation of Sales and Services Tax (SST), GST and VAT returns monthly for APAC entities.
  • Assist to prepare monthly Balance Sheet Recon (BSR) report.
  • Assist the general accounting team in ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned

  • A Malaysian student who is pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Internship at final semester will be added advantage.
