Job Description:

  • Assist in managing accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and data entry into accounting systems.
  • Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyses related to accounts payable activities.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the head of finance or supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM700.00 per month
